tiny pool missing milk
the location was fine, right in the middle of things (i could practically roll out of bed and into a tapas bar).
i wasn't thrilled to discover the rooftop pool was tiny. it had a paltry number of loungers. good luck finding a spot unless you enjoy playing towel tetris at dawn. also, the minibar lacked milk for coffee. how am i supposed to enjoy my morning brew without it?

serenity in the city
breakfast selection quiet terrace fantastic conversion original features
i found the breakfast to be superb with a huge selection i liked that the pool terrace was very quiet it was relaxing and i was brought drinks and lunch the building itself has been fantastically converted into the hotel i also appreciated the hotel kept a lot of the original features.
the colour palette is a rather sombre and bland it is a bit austere i think the place should stop trying to be so monastic in it decor and maybe mix it up with some modern colourful interior designing.

the staff were super friendly i found them helpful and polite. they were very cute. the front office manager explained the hotel's history.

the rooftop pool offers a space for relaxation i found that it provided exposure to the sun. the spa had lovely vibes and nice ambiance. i enjoyed the spa after a busy day.

underwhelming experience
thin walls poor coffee
The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to nearby shops.
The room I was assigned had several issues. The walls seemed thin, and i could clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms. the in-room coffee was not good, i expected better quality.. i had to purchase coffee outside the hotel.

small pool limited loungers
The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city center.
I was a bit let down by the rooftop area. The pool was quite small, and there were not many loungers available. It felt a bit crowded. The lack of staff available to take orders at the rooftop was inconvenient (I had to go downstairs to order something).

comfortable bed sugary treats limited loungers noisy rooms
the room have a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. i also like the variety of sugary treats that they provide during turndown.
the rooftop dont have enough sun loungers. the rooms are loud and i can hear people talking in other rooms or from the street and i was on the 3rd floor, is not ideal.
